About
Amy Gorton
Occupational Therapist · Founder, Resolution OT
Amy Gorton has worked within the community as an Occupational Therapist for the last three years, supporting a broad range of clients with different abilities and goals. She has particularly enjoyed working with clients living with Motor Neurone Disease to provide end-of-life care, and has a keen interest in working with adolescents to help them grow their independence and pursue their own goals.
Prior to qualifying as an Occupational Therapist, Amy spent two years as an Allied Health Assistant in a hospital setting and eight years as a support worker across residential and community disability settings. That foundation shapes how she works today — practical, person-first and grounded in everyday life.
